The clinical studies being conducted by Dallas Clinical Research reflect the work of caring medical professionals with years of experience. These Phase II through IV trials, administered in conjunction with leading pharmaceutical companies, give you access to the latest innovations in the fields of medicine and science.

Objectives

Dallas Clinical Research was a new clinical study center and wanted to reach people in North Dallas area. They wanted to quickly find study participants to meet their enrollment goals.

Strategy

We decided to build study-specific landing pages that were highly optimized, which would rank high on organic search results. Because they were a new company with a new website, we created Google, Facebook, and TV ads to create brand awareness campaigns in their area. We used Geofencing to target individuals who entered Covid related sites. If an individual drove into a Covid testing center previously geo-fenced by Navazon, they would see Dallas Clinical Research ads. Individuals are then directed to pages that are designed to keep the viewers engaged and answer their questions and encourage them to sign up.

We designed a vibrant brand look with clear messaging that could cut through the clutter of competing ads. We developed a highly optimized website and landing pages for each study. We produced a video that let the viewer understand the benefits of joining a clinical trial study.

Our strategy led to the rising ranks in SEO and directories very quickly. As a result, Dallas Clinical Research is number one ranking for many keywords. We were able to fill their studies with qualified volunteers very quickly. They regularly meet and exceed their enrollment goals for every study. In addition, they have created an extensive database of participants that they can draw upon when new studies are activated.
